She is a specialist in the fields of LLCs, S-Corps, small business returns, ride-share tax issues, rental properties, investment accounts and virtual currency.

Sofianna Sanchez

Sofi greatly supports the BRN team in a wide range of duties and responsibilities. In addition to her extensive business skills, she recently became an Enrolled Agent and, in the process, is learning all of the processes and procedures necessary to be an informed and educated expert in the ﬁeld of tax preparation, bookkeeping, accounting and planning. Her enthusiasm is a valuable resource for our clients.

Dan Mack

Enrolled Agent

Dan has been preparing taxes for more than 35 years and is a valued member of our accounting team. Dan serves on the board of Winter Guard Association of Southern California, and spends his free time as a referee for youth soccer. Dan is also a graduate of San Diego State University.

David Ruch

Dave, managing partner, has over 35 years of experience in high-level tax issues for both individuals and businesses. He has served as president of the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce, the Chula Vista Sunrise Rotary Club and The Christmas in October Foundation. Dave is a graduate of San Diego State University.

Keren Lopez

Partner, Enrolled Agent

Upon graduation from San Diego State University, Keren received her Enrolled Agent’s license. She prepares all types of tax returns, and performs accounting and payroll responsibilities. Keren is fluent in Spanish and is QuickBooks Online Certified. She also helps SDSU students navigate their careers through the Aztec Mentor Program.

Tim Neller

Tim has an extensive business background and specializes in business tax, accounting and consulting. He has been instrumental in helping many of our clients improve cash flow. Tim has served on the board of the Chula Vista Kiwanis Club and is active in serving our community. Tim is a graduate of San Diego State University.
